Registration, Driving & Practice Range 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Lunch will be available in clubhouse from 10:30 a.m. until shotgun start

Shotgun 12:00 p.m., Appetizers & Buffet Dinner after golf

     All proceeds benefit the Colin J. Dembo Memorial Foundation, a Michigan non-profit 501c3 corporation established with the mission to provide funding for donations to local education, medical research by Dr. Jeffrey Towbin, and promote awareness about viral myocarditis. Sponsors, participants, volunteers and all donors become one of many “Colin’s Angels.”

 Hole Sponsor              ___ $125  your company name/logo sign at a tee or green 

 Individual Participant    ___ $140 per person, bring your own team of 4 or we can place you w/team 

 Beverage cart sponsor  ___$300 your company name/logo sign on the beverage cart (limit 1st 4 paid)

 Putting green sponsor   ___ $125 your company name in text at the practice putting green 

 Dinner only (@5:00)     ___ $50 per person for buffet dinner

Golf Ball Cannon           ____ $400 Golf Ball Cannon on hole #9 for team tee shots (1 sponsor includes sign)

Target Golf Contest       _____ $150 Golf Target Contest by Clubhouse winner gets a prize (1 sponsor includes sign)
